Song bowlThey are like bowls shaped like drums. You use a special stick to tap the “drum”, and it creates this soothing and magical sound that’s like a mix between a bell and a drum. People use it to make calming music that helps them relax and feel happy.

Steel tongue drumThey are made out of metal and shaped like drums with round “tongues” or bumps on top. Imagine a mini-UFO. You use your hands or little mallets that look like mini hammers to play this wellness instrument. It produces the soothing sounds of bells when struck.
Wellness instrumentA special tool that helps you take care of your body and mind. A great example of this is a fitness tracker or a smartwatch.
I also like to call \”tongue drums\” and \”song bowls\” wellness instruments. Both can be calming
